General Setup Steps

    Buy the Package

    Choose and buy the eSIM package you want on Penyu. The QR code is sent to your email instantly.

    Get Your QR Code

    Check your inbox. Your QR code is waiting in the email titled "eSIM Delivery".

  3. 3

    Go to Settings

    Open the Cellular or Mobile Data section from your phone's Settings menu.

    Scan the QR

    Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" and scan your QR code with your camera.

  5. 5

    Activate While Traveling

    When you reach your destination, select the eSIM as your active line and turn on data roaming.

  6. 6

    Connect!

    You're ready! You now have fast internet just like a local carrier.

Important Tips

  • Wi-Fi or your existing SIM's connection is required to download the eSIM.

  • Your device must be carrier unlocked.

  • It connects automatically at your destination. Don't forget to turn on data roaming.

  • An eSIM and a physical SIM can be used at the same time (Dual SIM).
